Returns

  1. Eligibility Criteria:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
    • Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
    • Proof of purchase or order number is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Digital Products: As our products are digital and downloadable, once payment is completed, no refunds will be provided.
    • Custom or personalized items.
    • Items on sale or special promotions.
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return for physical items, please contact our customer support at help@magicxbot.com with your order details and reason for return.Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back to us.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

Refunds

Exchanges
